I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Arrived in Pennsylvania for truck. Had two already on trailer. Will not fit because of the two already. Cannot pick back up in reasonable time with what customer requested.

Making arrangements to pick up shipments was positive but once I got there to drop off he did not have payment on location. I had to drive to another city and state to receive my money. Very frustrating.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I waited a long time for the carrier to collect this unit. I must insist he keep his end of the agreement in a timely fashion.

truck had 2500 pounds of ice in it poor comution sat at dealer 3hrs they didnt know what truck i was threir for didnt answer any phones to figure this out he new i was at dealer and didnt answer phone instead made me sit threir and try to figure out poor comution
