In the end, due to circumstances beyond his control, Matt was unable to meet my ship date and worked with another carrier to make it happen. He made all the arrangements and charged me less than the original agreed amount. He remained in control of the situation and didn’t walk away from it. It is those “life happens” moments define the true character of a company and Matt responded professionally and made sure that my concerns came first. Wolverine will be my only call in the future.
