This was for a giant/heavy wardrobe shipped from SC to TX. Steven did a great job packing and unpacking the unit which went up and down stairs at both locations. The unit arrived a little late due to an unfortunate kidney infection (requiring Steven to be hospitalized a few days). All was well in the end and he even gave a discount to offset the inconvenience. We are pleased with the results using Landlift and would definitely use them again.
