What a wonderful experience working with everyone involved with these two absolutely lovely doodle's. We have always done everything possible to work with resue's as our major concern is getting these babies to their new homes or out of harms way and relocated to new foster homes. So having such wonderful individuals to work with is an EXTRA bonus for us. Please do keep us posted on these two and let us know if we can ever be of assistance in the future! Jorge was terrific to work with. If you need something shipped and Jorge bids, I would not think twice about using him. He kept in contact along the way and picked up when he was supposed to and delivered promptly. Jorge was very caring with Shelby. He treated her as if she was his own. She came to her new home happy and well cared for. Jorge is very professional and we would not hesitate to use him for future shipments. THANK YOU for everything and for the wonderful communication.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We contacted Liz for the shipment of a labradoodle puppy. The man Nathan picked the dog up and brought the dog back shortly thereafter. The problem is they did not tell anyone and tied her to a lawnmower in the garage. Liz promised to do it the next day personally and NEVER showed up! These people are horrible!!! Please do not use them.

Nathan has been fired for his poor actions in this matter. As I explained on the phone I would not be able to provide transport for a few days. And after this incident I have decided to no longer hire outside drivers so that I can be assured that the job is done in a professional, courteous and prompt manner. I am an animal lover at heart and this was unacceptable by any standards. I just regret that you were unwilling to wait for when I could arrive to provide transport. Best wishes.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment We had contacted Jeff to do the shipment and he informed us that his truck had broken down and that he could not do the shipment.

NIce guy who is an animal lover - Jackson arrived happy and calm.
Major time delay though which should have been communicated a lot earlier than it was. God intentions and happy dog, but needs to schedule a little better and allow for unexpected hiccups.

Puppy Nanny was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was happy to call everyone involved and keep them updated during transport - we really didn't have to worry about a thing and Murray had a lovely trip. She also gave us an incredibly low price which is so appreciated by our non-profit! She's a true animal lover. Thank you Puppy Nanny!

Alan was great to work with. He kept in touch while on the road, and got the pups to us right when he said he would. He is a super great guy, and we would not heistate to use his services again! THANK YOU Alan.
