Ralph did a great job towing our travel trailer from one end of America to the other. He delivered the trailer in perfect condition and ahead of schedule. His communication was excellent and we never wondered where our trailer was or how the delivery was progressing.

This was my first Uship transaction and it couldn't have been easier. Mach1 responded quickly to my bid request and delivered even faster. Great communication ( I was a nervous buyer ) My trailer was delivered on time and in great shape. The driver had even pointed out a a broken light to the seller who fixed it on the spot. I would use these folks again any time.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper did not show up on agreed date and time. Pick up time was delayed at shippers request and still did not show. Several phone calls were made early in the day but as it became evident shipper was not going to arrive he stopped answering his phone or returning messages.

I answered all calls. This was suppost to be picked up before 5:30 on friday which was not indicated on the shipment. I was in Los Angeles on Friday as agreed. I had one car going to the port which had to be there by 5:00 then I was going to to pick up the golfcart. I was not able to make it by 5:30 so the seller and I agreed it will be delayed because he had to go to work on the east coast. I never once stoped communication. This is why you dont wait until the last minute to post shipments.
