This was a total class act. Pick up and dely faster than contracted, excellent communication all during the move, all the right insurance and documents to be legit. I would recommend Kieth with Giddy Up Go to haul anything you might have. A total professional!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This provider has not met any of the terms of the agreement. They will not provide proof of cargo insurance (suspect they do not have any), have not picked up the shipment in any reasonable time frame (advertised 5 day p/u from booking date, now at 13 days and no communication or arrangements made), will not return phone calls at all, demanded 50% deposit up front (should have been suspicious at this)and then have not done anything since receiving it 10 days ago, and will not refund deposit so
