A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipment was taking longer then expected, we were on the 9th business day and customer started threatening us. We just threw in all our broker fee but customer cancelled.

Didn't go as planned but we got it there. Had few problems on trip but wasn't shippers or our fault.Was Design flaw with trailer 2 piece hubs.Replaced bearings in Utah. They did fine on trip till New Jersey then found the hub problem. 2 peice hub was seperating.
