Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time After several attempts I was unable to contact.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The auction house, while contacted by both Steve and myself earlier in the day, failed to make the item available.
I appreciate Steve's best efforts and he understands that the auction house failed my interests. So on Steves' advice I have no choice but to cancel. I would work with Steve again without hesitation. He's a good guy!
