Beyond horrible! We had to cancel when he missed all of the dates he put in the contract for pickup. Now we are living out of suitcases and have to find a new moverwhile he refuses to refund advance payment. If you can't do better than RJH you shouldn't move at all.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider This shipper plans to use only an open pickup truck for a 700 mile move through the desert. One, I don't think our stuff will fit in a pickup bed and two it will be full of dust. I didn't get satisfactory assurances when I contacted the shipper. I think his bids should specify that he uses an open pickup truck.
