Because she had no Collar and she had run away earlier shoppers mother tools me not to let her out of her C rate I felt so bad. Sorry about the delay in delivery because the GPS had me 3 blocks south instead of north. We got there and thanks for letting me do this fr you with the emergency situation and all.
