The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This shipper assured me that they could pickup and deliver the load within the time frames that I needed it done in. They sent a driver but gave the wrong information to the driver and he could not take the load because it was too heavy. They have put me in a terrible situation in which the load will not arrive on time and I'm having to rearrange a ton of plans to get this load down to me.
