Ian was a great customer, very good with communicating. His shipment was at an auction and he needed a call to meet the driver at the destination. Very Smooth transaction. I think this was for ten crates of US Military tents last year? If my memory is correct, the service and comminication was excellent; the driver helped load the crates to our vehicle and was cheerful and competent.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Service provider requested 50% payment in advance by email. I am not comfortable with this and offered to send the payment to the Government office where the shipment is to be loaded so that he would receive his 50% before he loaded out. He rejected this offer and suggested that I cancel and relist

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Shipper wished a credit card number before the freight was even picked up. Our policy is to never pay before a service has been rendered.

As per the bid the customer accepted, it shows we do not accept release code payments. Release code payments conflict with a 3pl/freight broker and are not possible.
