Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I had a mechanical issue with lights on the truck last week. I sent an e-mail. Frig can be picked up tomorrow.

What an experience! Refrigerator didn't fit through the front doors so we had to remove the drawers and doors from the frige. Then my wife and I hand-trucked it up 2 narrow flights of stairs and pushed up the 3rd because we couldn't fit the dolly. The tougher the job, the greater the feeling of satisfaction once accomplished. Karin was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Please contact us again if you need anything moved.

This Customer was always pleasant,the Driver and helper stated they would always service her for work if she ever need someone to move anything, because she was just a wonderful person, They also stated they are sorry that her children's bed could not fit into her apartment,because the room was too small everything else was okay.
