Our driver was delayed due to weather during a blizzard, which was reported to Darcy via email and VM. Each phone call was followed up with an email as well so we could make sure all information was reported to Darcy. Darcy's stud was well taken care of on this trip ate and drank well. Darcy was reluctant to pay when we did deliver and had to be tracked down several times to complete payment.

I was asked pay outside of uShip - which I reluctantly agreed to. There never any mention of a blizzard. The driver overnighted with my horse which he was not supposed to do. The communication with the office is non-existant, which I have reported to uShip. I think that Tony is a good guy and trying to get his business started. I have expressed my concern to him and he offered me 1/2 off my next horse transport due to the issues. I am sorry to send negative feedback.

We were very happy to help you to bring Cookie Monster to you. He is a very big, cute, gentle and lovely boy. Althoug the weather was bad on the East Coast and also during the trip he was really easy to handle and he jumped directly in our heart. Thank you very much for your decision to use our company. I did not have a good experience. My horse was to be delivered within 1.5 days and the trip took over 3 days. Communication with the office was nonexistent.

This was my second trip with Michael and Monika and, again, I was 100% happy. The trip was from Ocala to Colorado thru spring tornado weather. I highly recommend Flying Horse Company.

I am so pleased that Michael was the one who brought my horse from PA to CO! This was a difficult trip due to the weather on the East Coast and my horse had never been on a trailer in addition to having some health issues. The true compassion and caring is unbeatable. The rig is super nice as well. I am happy to be able to recommend this shipper!
