It is true-I finally had a mishap and dropped a bike. I still feel incredibly horrible and guilty about it. It was an expensive lesson learned but I did learn from it and I have implemented steps to prevent this particular incident from happening again. Phil was cool and understanding throughout the entire thing and THAT is greatly appreciated! Thank you for your patience Phil, Rob

Rob is 1-of a kind. Although the delivery didnt go as smoothly as planned, i appreciate his service.Rob did have a mis-hap and damaged my bike, but he had it rushed to a shop and getting it repared in no time(even paid $250 out of his pocket to have parts rush ordered). Accidents happen, but its how you deal with it that shows professionalism and character. Rob dealt with the negative situation in the best way possible. Would recommend Rob, and even i would use Rockin Rob's transport again!!!
