The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After accepting my bid which had a very good explanation of what I needed done, the service provider emailed me a bunch of questions and emails in broken english. I attempted to call him and get a better explanation (I speak read and write spanish), but this was no help either. He accepted my bid and had no way to provide the service (wanted to pickup $230k worth of trailers, bring them across the border and drop them in some random yard until he "found" someone to go get them. Bill did a great job. He was where he was supposed to be when promised and delivered as he stated he would. I will say that he went beyond what i would have expected. Shipment delayed and caused a domino effect on his end and he took it all in stride and with professionalism. Only issue i have is with USHIP itself, payment is not clearly explained, i would say buyer beware of USHIP, not sure if i will use the service again, dont feel value matches price paid (their fee)
