The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I want this case reviewed by Uship before I accept cancellation. This broker has numerous cancellations with the same issue. They underbid to secure brokerage fees and hope a driver accepts the low bid. If not the customer is the one that suffers. Please note date of acceptance of shipment. Please note after my second complaint, within 45 minutes the Broker Marvel inc. sends me a cancellation request. Also please note the question and answers between Marvel Inc. and myself before I accepted bid.

We are a broker service. We use nationwide boards to move cars quickly. We don't hope that cars get picked up. We actually move 600-700 cars per month 35% from uship. Sometimes vehicles take a little longer. 1-5 days are estimates based on our industry. We do apologize. We made the cancellation on you because it was the best decision for us to do due to the aggressive nature you began to take up with our team. We wish you luck on this transport.
