YES! Kevin & Karen when we took on the shipment, it was going to go with another. Then we went from TN. to CA. then to FL. then to Tampa,FL. then W.P.Bch,FL then TN. then Staten Island,NY. then Trumbull,CT. then back to TN. then FL. then Punta Gorda,FL. then Tampa,FL. then Miami,FL. then Lake Worth,FL. then Ft. Lauderdale,FL. now here we are pickup for Kevin & Karen's shipment at LAST? Before this nothing went west I was very sorry,& many times I called, They always were NICE! VERY UNDERSTANDING

Kyle was over and above the call of duty, my bike was delieverd in great shape (no Damage and on time) . He made special consessions to get my bike to me. pickup and delivered in record time,and great with communication . OUTSTANDING , THANKS KYLE

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved after entering my requested shipping dates , the service provder could not comply. 2week delivery time is not acceptable

We could have honored his request to pickup after 4/2 and deliver after 4/4, but he really needed it sooner. This was not stated on the details of his shipment.
