Doesn't answer his calls or return them.Paid us by check after we agreed on cash on delivery.Nice piece of furniture we delivered 1000 miles within 2 days ,but just not nice people

You told me yourself that someone else handled the administrative part of your company. NO ONE called here until 30 minutes before you arrived.
Your mail box was full on email. I gave you a check because I had asked delivery be put off until after the 1st BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY UNTIL THE 1ST - I was waiting for my retirement check and did not have cash to give him. I then asked my nephew to write a check as that was the only way we could pay him.
So your bad feedback is bogus

Robert is a very sweet man, We would do more work for him wihtout a second thought. We did have a minor delay in picking up his items...we need to wait for his payment to arrive at the auctionhouse which put up behind to his drop off..All in all nice people and would help out amytime we could...Kimball Trucking

The item was delayed and this owner drove here in his automobile to deliver it. This was well above and beyond the call of duty. Would use him again any time. Thanks for the extra mile!

No communication from the member until he was 30 minutes away from my home. This caused me to bounce a check and incur $30.00 overdraft fee.
Table arrived in great condition. Driver very professional and affable.

Wow what a shame,my first not positive feedback and the reason it is a shame is like all customers we call and give a 3hr. window of when we are coming,which we did 24hrs.in advance.Then again 4hrs. then again at 30 minutes.Plus the deal was supposed to be cash on delivery.

Driver had mechanical problems which resulted in delay, so delivered it personally by automobile. Above-and-beyond customer service.
Would use again.
Recommend highly.

Great price. Friendly drivers. A bit non-communicative when 24-hour delay occurred, and when 6 more hours later than expected, but arrived intact and happy with transaction overall.
Hopefully will be able to use again in future.
