The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Vehicle is much lower than stated in listing and can not be loaded on a carrier without damaging vehicle, even with additional ramping. Listing states 1.5 inches lower than stock when in fact it is 3-4 inches.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time called and text more than once to reached to provider and under able to get courtesy text or call back.

Ted was a life saver he drove all the way from California to Virginia, and the car got there Before the estimated time, there was greating communication and he secured the car very well. Everything went as planned and couldnt be happier. Thanks Ted

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled I really wanted my car to be picked up on Wed, but was told for sure on Fri, which was ok, communication was good til they couldnt get my car on the carrier, then calls went unanswered. i think their ok but need to realize that the car does have a body kit and yes it is 1.5 in lower than stock, the issue was the front bumper that was 3.4 in clearance it wasnt the car height it was the front bumper & did not even bother to call let me know of the problem that is not kool.

The customer misrepresented their shipment and we cannot service it... This vehicle is much lower than stated in listing and can not be loaded on a carrier without damaging vehicle, even with additional ramping. Listing states 1.5 inches lower than stock when in fact it is 3-4 inches lower. Bumper clearance was 2" which was not mentioned in the listing. Driver JUST left the pick up location and all were aware of the problems loading and the reasons the unit was not able to be transported.
