A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When contacted by the service provider my shipper said he would call back after arranging for his wife to be at the pickup. The service provider did not answer the return call a few minutes later. I received the cancellation notice online about the same time. I prepaid the shipping to the service provider and he has not answered my calls and messages requesting a refund.

Wrong on this I called Friday nite and your person who had the canoe said he had to go to bed early and would not be able to stay up for us to pickup your canoe. When I contacted the person who had your canoe at 9:00 AM he said, he would call back within 5 minutes to tell us whether this shipment would be pickedup Saturday, March 28, At 02:30PM we could not wait any longer for a response of whether we could pickup canoe. We tryed to call Karnie but, do not get an answer. So with no response
