I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Provider said they would be here this Thursday or Friday to pick up my Polaris and trailer. Friday I took an early lay off thinking he would be here to pick up and I could drag my camper back to AZ. I requested status and Kevin asked how am I for tomorrow (Saturday) a bit annoyed but I agreed. Saturday morning comes and finally get in touch with him and he's Orlando FL. I could have been working all this time!!! At the latest he knew Wednesday night he would not make it and never called me. I no

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper had multiple issues that prevented him from picking up my shipment as agreed. Will repost to find another shipper.

What can I say; I could not be any happier with the service and the level of professionalism that was provided. In a time where great customer service is hard to find, these guys are a ray of sunshine.
My Polaris Ranger was shipped on time and no damage was incurred during shipment (over 2200 miles). On pickup the driver gave me real confidence that my machine was in good hands. For me this is something!
