It was really nice working with Julia and her family. The pup was ready at the pick up location. And her family was available at the drop off location.

Vanessa is Awesome! She communicated with us prior to the pick=up, throughout the shipping process and upon completion. She was very professional and punctional. Mocha jumped right in the van ready to go which broke my heart but made me feel at ease about the whole trip. She arrived two days before the scheduled drop off and all was well! My family is very pleased with ShuttlePet Services and will definately use her in the future for our pet shipping needs! :) Thank you!
