Excellent experience from pick-up to drop off. Great communication and easy to work with. Very punctual, professional and personable. Most importantly the bike arrived in the condition as it left. Additionally, James was very knowledgeable and passionate about bikes, so he'll be sure to take care of yours while in transit. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to ship with again.
