This was our first time using USHIP and we were so lucky to get paintlover. Great communication, plus since they were picking up our puppy from a rescue they had to do a little extra footwork for us. We did not give paintlover what I would call a "clean transaction". Paintlover was so helpful and they treated Luther like he was their own. I recommend them for loving patient pet transportation.
