cris is an outstanding individual to pull a trailer for. he is one of the best customer i have ever had. great to work with and he is the kind of customer that i can't wait to pull another load for and every one at CPI was great to be around. the shop crew did a great job in getting the trailer ready for shipment. i think everyone did an outstanding job.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I needed it to be pick up on 9/25/08 at night and be deliverd 9/26/08

arrived late Response from phillips4: I am sorry that you feel this way because I was to pickup AM Tuesday and upon arrival the shipment was not ready and it took you over half the day the get the shipment prepared for shipment and which caused the shipment to be delayed. The shipment was to be delivered on Thursday and I arrived at 4:30pm that day. I was never informed that the business closed at 3pm until the day before while in transit. Due to DOT rules we can only driver a set hrs and have to shut down for 10hrs. Sorry
