Awsome shipment. You won't meet a nicer man. Stayed in constant contact, took real good care of our puppy and was on time . He's at the of my shippers list. My advice Hire him. I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period No show a week later. Response from rldetailing: After several attempts to make arangements to pickup this item the shipper would not work with me as far as picking this up and I had no other choice but to cancell this shipment

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time DOES NOT RETURN MY REPEATED CALLS TO HIS LISTED # . WAS TOLD HE WOULD PICK UP 5-19 NO SHOW. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD CALL THE SELLER AND SET UP A TIMETABLE- NEVER DONE. SELLER HAS WAITED FOR HIS CALL. NOW I'M THE BAD GUY. SELLER WANTS THIS ITEM REMOVED. I WANT TO GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE- LOST ALL CONFIDENCE IN THIS GUY......... Response from RussellTransportation: I did not show on 5-19 due to a trailer problem I had coming up from Florida, and I did not return his 2 phone calls on 5-21 as I was repairing my trailer. Nor did I set up a timetable to pick up this item, as I never got close enough to let him know I was coming. On 5-22 I repaired my trailer in Mass. and drove to NJ towards the pick up spot when I was informed that the buyer had cancelled. I apologize for my part in this, as I take great pride in my work, as my feedback reflects.
