Pace Moving just delivered and set up our baby grand piano (which was brand new in 1932) and some furniture from Brooklyn to Syracuse. They went out of their way to insure that we knew everything that was going on. They worked with the co-op management which had them jump thru hoops with insurance documentation.
The pick up yesterday in Brooklyn was perfect, arrived on time and not a scratch on the piano or walls. Everything was well wrapped with moving blankets. They called and said they wou

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am formally requesting a cancellation of the bid for moving my piano and furniture and boxes because through no fault on my part, there arose a pickup conflict The effect was that the provider was not going to be available with the seller's new time. I spoke with Henry from hmd and told him of the change from the sellers. We both recognized that the conflict could not be resolved. Henry went out of his way to try and siolve the issues and

Could not have been smoother, Tony kept in contact with me before and during the shipment. I was nervouse that the car would not get to Key West in time for to be a surprise gift for my mother. Tony's equipment is in perfect shape. He delivered the car with a week to spare.
I would highly reccommend using Tony on any shipping. Feel free to contact me a bout this company.
