We are selling our house in Los Angeles and moving to Nevada City CA (NE of Sacramento)the first week of March.

We were impressed with Len from his first contact. He was professional and helpful in all areas. He bent over backwards to work with our need for flexibility on the pick update and delivery. Closing a house is not always an exact time schedule and Len was very accommodating for us. He was able to hold delivery date until we needed him and then he was here within the hour.
