This shipper was AMAZING! The communication was incredible, the pick up was exceptional and the delivery was extremely flexible and well coordinated. I'm sure you can imagine shipping animals and the concerns that go with that. I have three cats that are over 10 years old. Thew were incredibly flexible in working with my move schedule and handled my kitties with "tender loving care". I was kept apprised on the status of the travel from Phoenix to Austin and gained great assurance in knowing that the cats were doing "well" along the way. If you have the need of transporting delicate / precious items, SCExpressCal would be my choice ..AGAIN!
