Eli was outstanding. Although this was his first USHIP transaction, I felt comfortable with him. Turns out he lives not far from me, and I had a chance to meet him personally. He serves our community as an EMT and is a really nice person. I would recommend him anytime.

BandB did all they said. Although our buyer got 3 of the trailers himself, the last one was delivered on time and as promised. Would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you.

This review is actually should be a negative. I was waiting a while to submit this waiting to see if he would return something he borrowed and he failed to do so. He told me that he would pick up in the late afternoon and drive all night and get it to our customer early morning. He had a lot of issues and did not get there until very late in the afternoon. I would never use this person again to ship for me. Nothing but excuses for being over 8 hours late.

Kevin was awesome and went out of the way to get some minor repairs done. Rough weather and high winds made the trip longer than usual but he kept in constant contact with updates on his arrival. Thank you for a great haul.

These guys went the extra mile to make sure us and our customer was satisfied. There were several issues with this trip and Tim the driver kept in regular contact and really went overboard in doing more than was asked of them.
