The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipag told me that they can't do the services because my item wasn't pack, I already paid for the service in full I told him I need to cancel the service, and know shipag doesn't answer my calls or my emails.

Correct - My bid was specific on that items must be packaged prior to pick up. This was a pick up from an auction house where the item must be picked up as is (no way to have it packed prior to pick up) I spoke with and e-mailed Gladys quite a few times - not sure what she means about not answering calls - I got 1 voice message of which I replied.
