Customer (Edward Ramos) called and complained on a daily basis stating that he wanted his car delivered within 5days when it clearly states in our bid that we had set a different time frame.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The shipper is stating that we are trying to "broker" through "you guys" (Uship) and has a problem with it. We are an auto shipping broker with a valid MC#. It states clearly in our profile that we are a BROKER. As a broker we seek out leads and offer our brokering services to prospective clients with our resources to carriers. There is nothing in the Uship guidelines that states BROKERS are not allowed. When the shipper accepted our bid he informed me that the vehicle "had to be delivered

Please note dates: Bid accepted 11/12/08 after someone else cancelled, I picked up the next day on time 11/13/08, I delivered on time 11/14/08, I left feedback 11/15/08, and THEY didn’t leave feedback until 9/10/09; 10 MONTHS LATER! Note my positive feedback left for them because all went well. They were VERY satisfied with the entire transaction at the time, especially since I got them out of a jam. I think they got me confused with the no show I replaced (check this at carsetcinc’s profile).

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I am unable to reach the Service Provider via phone or email. I needed this item shipped this week and have not been able to reach him. He sent us an standarized email requesting that we fill out another credit card authorization form but again, will not return emails or phone calls. I need to cancel this shipment and relist it to get it ship to my customer.
