Thanks Ann for a simply flawless delivery. I couldn't have asked for a smoother trip. Doug was great at working out a pick up time, even if it was soooo early. But your babies Leo and Lily were dolls. They were so relaxed and calm it was a pleasure. I love your new home is Sarasota...enjoy and I'm sure your babies are gonna love it too. This is a small one man operation so I would not recommend him for shipping a huge order, but he did a fine job with my couch. I did not need pick-up at any specific time so his fluid schedule worked for me and he delivered the furniture from Florida to Rhode Island, getting it there at exactly when he said he would deliver it. I was pleased and he was responsible, reasonable and personable. I would not necessarily use this shipper if you needed a precision pick-up or have a lot of furniture.

I was so worried about how my cats who were never outside, much less in a car for more than 15 minutes, would get to Florida from Philadelphia. Having them on the road for two plus days in the heat of the summer or in the belly of an airplane just seemed like terrible choices. And then I heard from Luanne. She made the entire process easy and humane and carefree. She knows her business and does exactly as promised. She is an amazing, kind woman and provides a wonderful service!
