About Me
I am a car enthusiast with an eye for motorcycles as well. I do business consulting and thus use this service often to move my toys around the country. I only want to deal with professional shippers that cater to the obsessive such as myself. I never abuse, misuse or mistreat any of my things and I hope that any shipping company I deal with will feel the same.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer accepted our bid which clearly stated delivery on Saturday,08-15-09.But he called afterwards saying, he could not take delivery that day.We offered later pickup and delivery on a different truck,but the shipper keeps harrassing us about a specific pickup and delivery time.We are not comfortable with this customer.

The communication has been subpar and my shipment has not been picked up now about a week after the intended date and the lack of communication as a result is what's forced me to this cancellation. I do not have confidence my shipment will be picked up at any reasonable time and am frustrated with the lack of communication regarding my shipment.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am not harassing the shipper. I accepted the bid with a misunderstanding of the shipping terms. Since then the shipper had offered an alternate shipping date but then was non-communicative and was not able to reconfirm the date that worked well for me. All I have been doing is trying to confirm a date that I can plan on. I would still like to go forward with the shipment. I have no problems with the shipper or the shipment time. This late cancellation notice is frustrating however.
