There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I selected that I did not want the use ship insurance but because your website is hot garbage and has not been updated to a more helpful user interface for the last 10 years it rarely ever works. I also rarely receive notifications of when someone has placed a bid on an item, and have lost many bids, because your app is almost impossible to navigate.
