I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND SENT EMAILS AND NEVER REPLY. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT I POSTED, I PAID AND DRIVERS DON'T GO TO PICK UP THE CAR.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The carrier was contacted several times by me over the phone and email and also the uship representative Alfonzo sent 2 mails and try to get in contact over the phone without any answer. I need the urgent refund to place a new shipment.
