A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After communicating directly with the customer, it was discovered that the Customer's clients (multiple locations) actually were unable to receive the items due to the Thanksgiving holiday (all locations were closed for the entire week). After this was discovered, both the Shipper and 5 Star Transporter realized that the requested transport could not be completed as initially planned. Both agreed cancelling the gig was the best solution.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Provider understood this was a direct blanket wrap delivery from destination direct to my customer. Inseated he tried to broker the shipment as freight which I could've done myself on uship and therefore we lost 3 days of shipping time. Not happy.

Sebastian posted his shipment under the category LTL Freight, this is exactly what we have quoted. We did not try to broker the shipment, we are a broker for LTL freight and this is clearly mention in our profile and quote. Nothing to blame on us if you do not read the quote and post your shipment correctly. Nothing we did wrong. We would be able to move this but you cancel. Thanks anyway.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Because of the holiday closing the our destination will not be open to reiceve on Thursday or friday. Carrier can not deliver next week.

The requester (Sebastian) did not know that his clients offices were closed the week leading up to Thanksgiving. After recieving access to the delivery contact information, 5 Star Transporter called all locations multiple times attempting to identify drop off times that would work for all parties. After not being able to connect with anyone at the dropoff offices, 5 Star Transporter then reached back out to Sebastian who was eventually able to discover that all offices would be closed all week
