The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I contacted the service provider to schedule a time for them to pick up the shipment and they informed me that they already left the state.

Carol was absolutely amazing! She picked up and dropped off my puppy extremely fast. Her pricing was very reasonable and you can tell that she loves animals and wants to help as much as possible. I will definitely use her service again.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider contacted me over a week after bid was accepted to inform me that she had passed my location. I also had to call her when she didn't make the first pick up date to find out that her truck had broken down and that she would be three days late.

Yes Marie I dropped the ball on this one. I should have checked your location and I didn't I went by what you told me, that you where west of Mesa when you were east of Mesa. I am very sorry for missing you and greatly apologize for this. This is diffently a first for me. I have been transporting for 7 years and have been pretty good and all pick ups and deliveries. I hope that you get this puppy where it needs to go. I will be back through as I said if you dont get it done I will make good.
