Jim and Dan were absolutely awesome! Jim answered all my many questions.Dan was in constant contact with me throughout the entire pick-up and delivery. They worked with me so that I had time to get someone at my house in Ohio to unlock my garage and get my bike loaded and gave me a days notice when they would be in Cali and an hours notice so I could be at the delivery destination. My Harley was delivered unscathed,they took exceptional care of my bike and my belongings. Thank You So Much, J. H.
