I thought I was communicating directly with the person or company who would be shipping the motorcycle however the company is a brokerage and sent a very long and legally technical contract that I am not comfortable signing.
The contract included a clause that stated they are not responsible for any damage...only the carrier who I assume is a third party they would be attempting to find. They also requested an additional (second) down payment per their contract which would be in addition to

Customer canceled 5 minutes after posing a list of questions, which could have been answered and this situation and his misunderstanding could have been resolved.

Cody did exactly what he promised. Motorcycle was shipped in covered trailer and he covered it with a soft tarp after strapping it down properly. Better than I could have done it. Highly recommend.

Dan did exactly what he promised he would do. My trailer had no working lights, no license plate and was located at the top of an icy hill. Dan provided his own magnetic lights, a license plate and ended up having to be pulled up the hill to reach the pickup point. I had contact with Dan the entire 3 day trip and he arrived early.
