Highly satisfied with overall service experience. Vincent was on time with both pickup and delivery of refrigerator. Refrigerator was carefully loaded and secured. Vincent even took the time to put the glass shelves in his truck cab to minimize chance of breakage. At the delivery, the doors of refrigerator had to be removed and then re-installed, which Vincent did without extra charge. Vincent hooked up the water to the icemaker, which went well beyond his original responsibility.
