There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Customer assured the pickup location that I was going to tether the dog and not cage it-even though we discussed the fact that I was going to cage the dog for the whole trip. I'm not traveling 500 miles to find out that if I don't tether, the pickup location won't allow me to pickup. It's a special situation that requires no last minute changes.

Fabulous transport for this rescued dog! DOG LOVERS USE Simon, you won't be disapointed. Simon delivered superior customer service. He put the foster family at ease by building rapore with this nervous dog. He communicated throughout the direct trip from NC to NH letting me know where he was and how the dog was doing. He was attentive to the dog throughout. The dog arrived happy and in excellent condition. Both the foster and new owner have nothing but praise! Thanks Simon!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Unfortunately, this is my first attempt at shipping and a misunderstanding on my part caused some confusion with the details. The dog can be crated, but now shipper has made other arrangements for his return trip.
