Mike is the most accommodating, careful, thoughtful Mover - just a really nice guy who worked with our complicated schedule and got everything to us safe and sound after some thing of a nightmare of arriving at our destination to find a semi trash apt. He held off on delivery until we could find a storage unit and we had a nice dinner together when it was all over can’t speak highly enough of him.

Ike was great. He was significantly delayed as his NYC-ATL client wasn't there to receive shipment). He left partner to deal with problem & drove nonstop to MS arriving late at night, loaded my grandmother's very heavy furniture solo in no time. It all arrived safely & on time. Due to a misunderstanding, he was slightly overpaid when things were delivered to my aunt's house but when informed of mistake he returned the overpayment to my aunt. Honest, stand-up guy who I plan to use again.

Sarah was the best! They did a very complicated job at a very reasonable price, alerted me to a problem with Ebay purchase, packed 37 kitchen cabinets really carefully & palletized them, held the shipment until I got back from vacation & followed up to make sure everything arrived as it should. They extended themselves beyond the call of duty & they will always be my shipper of choice from LA area! Thanks guys- your trusting & trustworthy good karma will carry you far. Colleen

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I like Robert & want him to honor commitment he made. He went to the site to inspect shipment & noticed some problems with items. After speaking with me about them, he told me he could come back Tues or Weds to pickup shipment after I resolved problem with seller. After leaving, he called to say didn't like & didn't want to deal with seller but he'd go back if I decided to purchase, so I wasn't left hanging. Now a retraction request, no returned phone calls yesterday & no shipper! Help!

I went to inspect the shipment out of courtesy for the shipper without charging a dime. Her seller gave me a very hard time and expected me to rearrange his shop which was not part of the deal , plus there where almost twice as many items as posted , kind of like a "bait and switch".
