A very nice lady, because she could be a bit flexable with the pick up and drop off times it made working for her very easy. The dog she shipped with me, a Sheppard mix, was very well behaved and traveled well. Communication was very good at both the pick up and drop off contacts. Working with Cindi was great. She really took care of my pooch. She was very professional and good about communication.

WE were very sorry on the trip transporting Peanut to TX, the truck broke down near Odessa and had to go in for major service. However, we did keep her posted about how Peanut was doing. Once we delivered Peanut, we did inform the shipper that Peanut had a free trip. The shipper took us up on our offer, and we did ship Peanut in a timely manner back to her and this time, we had to wait to find someone home to receive Peanut. She was grateful that we had offered to ship Peanut "free".
