After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer before i sended the quote yesterday we spoke on the app and you agree to meet on i 4 by the way you also tell to another carrier that you able to meet on i95 as well now you asking for a cancellation and blaming on me that you don’t feel comfortable meeting on the i4

Very hard to understand shipper. Heavy accent. I said I would consider meeting on I-4, Not blaming anyone, just didn't feel comfortable meeting on an interstate.

the person said he would be able to meet any time for the pickup and when i was getting close he said then there was a limit to his time and couldnt do after time and i had to be at other app w/schedules...sorry for all

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I told the customer that I was going to pickup his bike @ 5:30 pm but was unable to because my truck would not start. When I called to inform him, he was very uncivil and said that he will just find someone else which is PERFECTLY fine with me! I cannot service ill-mannered people. I like to keep peace in my life. I knew that in this industry that I would encounter crazy, rude and uncaring folks, but that does not mean that I have to deal with them for too long. SHIPPER'S BEWARE OF THIS GUY

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I want motorcycle shipped in enclosed transport. Shipper does not want to deliver to my house, wants to meet on the interstate. I'm not comfortable with this service provider.

Good guys, would use again. If they are going to transport Mortorcycles, they need to get more set up to do so, i.e. wheel chalks, and Canyon Dancer Tie downs. If they do this, they will be AAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++
