I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment It was stated clearly in the contract that " it will take less than than 7days to st schudele a pick up, i even told the customer before bid was accepted his route was not a regular route hence the 7 days, customer accepted the bid and was complaining.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Customer did not send it the paperwork with his buyer number required for the driver to take his car out of auction to get it shipped. Customer had more than a few hours head notice to fax in the proper paper with his seller ID and the lot number (which is needed to get the car released to our possession

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider was unable to fit the skis on his transport device. I still HIGHLY RECOMMEND this transporter. He tried every way possible to get them to us.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The dates that I needed for pick that were noted in the listing, the transport company could not provide.

Vehicle booked on the 15th of June driver @ the auction on the 16th of June. Customer did not provide the proper paperwork to get the vehicle released from the auction. customer had more than 4 hours to fax over the lot# and buyer# that is required to get the vehicle out. Customer called me at 4:49p.m and told him that car has not been picked due to him not faxing the buyers receipt; his response "I forgot to send it to you".
