After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider First off, UShip informed me that the provider's account with them has been suspended and they recommeded a cacellation. Secondly, the provider has refused to TALK with me until I put 40% into a bank account of their choosing. I asked several times (both in email & leaving phone messages) for them to telephone me, and was informed by them (by email only) that I am not their customer until they have my money, and only then will someone call me. Communicating directly is AN OVERSTATEMENT!
