Bill was on time when he picked up my Rottie. Although she was crated for most of the trip, Bill did take her out for walks and did give her medication when it was supposed to be given. He phoned me several times during the trip to let me know all was going well and he had just given her her pill. They arrived on time and my Rottie had lots of wags for him. I would highly recommend him to transport your animal.
