I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The provider stated in the bid they would pick up the horse within 2 days of booking. I immediately emailed them when I accepted the bid (5/27/09). I also tried to call them. They finally got back with me 6/1/09 and the lady stated she would call me the next morning to set a date. She never did call back. She does not answer emails. The mailbox on her phone is full since I started dealing with her and she does not answer pages or text messages! I was very happy with this hauler. I had to cancel the first date because the horse's Coggins was not back and they provided me with a new date quickly. The horse was very nervous and they handled that well. They notified us 1 hour prior to their arrival as promised. If there is anything to criticize it is a little lack of communication before the actual transport.
